Construction description:


Construction condition: Temperature of painting substrate: 20℃- 45℃

The relative humidity is below 90%, the substrate surface temperature is over 3℃ higher than the dew point temperature and both the humidity and temperature shall be measured near the substrate.

Outdoor painting is not allowed in rainy, snowy, foggy or strongly windy days.

The sparying pressure and nozzle dimension may be adjusted based on the specific requirements for sparying performance.

Tool cleaning: DOP or special cleaning agent


Surface treatment: 


Direct coating: Treat to Sa2.5 level by sand blasting with the surface roughness of 55-70μm.

Primer coating: Paint the polyurea material within the effective coating interval of special primer for polyurea and paint the special primer again if exceeding the effective coating interval.


Compatibility:


Pre-process compatibility: Can be used directly; AMMT-016 special polyurea primer for concrete and AMMT-017 special polyurea primer for steel structure.
