Product introduction:

AMMT-065 is a two-component, hand-brushed flexible waterproof material, the material is composed of prepolymer, chain extender and filler and other raw materials, convenient construction, can adapt to a variety of DIY scene. Long operation period, fast curing speed; On-site mixing, brush coating, scraping coating, roll coating molding, with excellent waterproof performance, weather resistance.

Construction instructions:

Mixing Ratio (A/B): A:B = 1:1 (by weight). It is essential to mix the components strictly according to the ratio and ensure thorough mixing. 

Preparation Before Use: Prior to use, thoroughly stir component B, making sure to reach the bottom of the container to ensure there are no sediments. Weigh out the required amounts of each component according to the specified weight ratio on the packaging, and pour them into a mixing container. Mix mechanically for 1-2 minutes, then transfer the mixture to a new container and continue stirring for another 1-2 minutes until the mixture is uniform. The product can then be applied. 

Application Methods: The product can be applied by brush, trowel, or roller. Single Coat Thickness: Do not exceed 300 μm per coat. It is recommended to apply two to three coats. 

Theoretical Coverage Rate: 1.25 kg/m²/mm. Re-coat Interval: The minimum re-coat interval is 2 hours, and the maximum is 24 hours. 

Pot Life: The mixed paint should be used within 30 minutes. 

Storage of Unused Component A: Any unused portion of component A should be sealed and stored under a nitrogen blanket. 

Surface treatment: 

Concrete Substrate：The concrete should be fully dry (newly poured concrete must cure and dry for 28 days) before use. Remove any loose contaminants from the surface. Use a filler to repair and level holes and cracks. 

Metal substrate：Blast clean to Sa 2.5 grade. For defective areas such as weld seams, use a grinding wheel to smooth out burrs and protrusions, ensuring a smooth transition across the entire substrate.Hand grind to St 3 grade. Use an angle grinder to uniformly grind the metal surface, ensuring no areas are missed. Thoroughly remove all dust. If necessary, clean with an organic solvent (such as acetone). Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dry, free of oil, grease, and dust before application.

If required, apply AMMT primer to enhance adhesion. 

Construction condition：

The coating temperature is 5 ~ 35℃, the relative humidity is less than 90%, and the surface temperature of the substrate is more than 3℃ higher than the dew point.

Rain, snow, wind and sand and other bad weather, can not be painted in the open air. The construction site should ensure good ventilation, and at the same time isolate the fire source and stay away from the heat source.

Coating method:

Roller coating, brush coating, can also add some solvents for spraying. 

Tool cleaning:

Methyl ethyl ketone, butyl ester, xylene, etc. 

Packing specification:

Component A: 10KG/barrel. 

Component B:10KG/barrel. 

Storage:

This product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated indoor warehouse, it is recommended to store -15℃~40℃, and avoid heat and heat.The source of the fire. The packaging container is kept sealed and has a shelf life of 12 months. 

Safety:

Paint ingredients and construction site is strictly prohibited all fire sources, and maintain good ventilation. Painting workers must wear protective equipment and avoid contact of skin. If spray on the skin, wash immediately with a suitable cleaning agent or soapy water and immediately seek medical attention.
