Annotation:The above parameters are the physical properties tested after 7 days of curing at 23±2℃ with relative humidity of 50%±5% after spraying with Graco H-XP3 and Fusion AP spray gun under laboratory conditions.


Surface treatmentThe surface of the steel substrate is sandblasted to Sa2.5, with a roughness of about 3mil. Before coating, the surface of the metal substrate must be dry and clean, free of any dust, oil stains, dirt and foreign matter, to ensure the adhesion of the coating。

Applied Environment:Ambient temperature:-20℃~40℃,The substrate temperature should

be at least 3℃ above the dew point;

Relative humidity:≤90%;

Equipment recommendation: Two component spraying equipment with high temperature and

high pressure。

Recommended equipment:WIWA DUOMI×333 PFP/Reactor HXP-3。

Repainting time:minimum time:no limit

maximum time≤12h(20℃~30℃)

Due to the rapid cross-linking of the coating, the repainting must be done as soon as possible after first coat drying. If the repainting time is exceeded, the existing coating must be surface polished.

Cleaning instructions:After use, clean the equipment with AMMT equipment and spray gun cleaning agent.

Diluent:Not allowed!

Mixed specification:Before use, component A/B must be stirred well separately.

Safety attention:Please request MSDS before application. When spraying, keep ventilation and wear protective gear to protect skin and eyes.
