Tool cleaning: Special diluent or methyl ethyl ketone
Direct coating: Sandblasting treatment to be S2.5 grade, Surface roughness55~70µm.
If Polyurea special primer is during the effective coating interval, then directly coating interval polyurea material. Re-coat the special primers if out of the effective painting time.
Preceding matching: Can be used directly; AMMT-016 Polyurea special primer for concrete, AMMT-017 Polyurea special primer for steel structure.
Component A: 200L/barrel. Component B: 200L/barrel.
This product should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated indoor warehouse, Should avoid the fire and heat source, The packaging container remains sealed. Storage period is one year.
Paint ingredients and construction site is strictly prohibited all fire sources, and maintain good ventilation. Painting workers must wear protective equipment and avoid contact of skin. If spray on the skin, wash immediately with a suitable cleaning agent or soapy water and immediately seek medical attention.
