AMMT-022 polyurea super-heavy anti-corrosion material A component is modified semi-prepolymer, B component is composed of terminal amino polyether, amine chain extender, nano filler, pigment, spray molding on site. This technology organically combines new materials, new equipment and new processes, breaking through the limitations of the previous polyurea/polyurethane materials that must use matching primers, and can be sprayed directly on the surface of the steel substrate.Component A is modified semi-prepolymer, Component B is composed of terminal amino polyether, amine chain extender, nano-filler and pigment, and forming after field spray. Application:

Mainly used in anti-corrosion of inside and outside the wall of oil and gas pipelines, direct buried pipe, municipal sewage pipes and gas pipes. As well as various types of steel chemical storage tanks and other anti-corrosion areas.

Construction instructions:

Construction conditions: Temperature of coating substrate: min5℃, max45℃

Relative humidity 90% or less, The surface temperature of substrate should be 3℃ above dew point temperature.

Temperature and humidity should be measured near the substrate.

Construction method: Using special equipment for spraying two-component.

According to the appropriate requirements of coating performance. Spray pressure and nozzle size may need adjustment.

Tool cleaning: Special diluent or methyl ethyl ketone

Surface treatment:

Direct coating: Sandblasting treatment to be S2.5 grade, Surface roughness55~70µm.

Painting primer:

If Polyurea special primer is during the effective coating interval, then directly coating interval polyurea material.  Re-coat the special primers if out of the effective painting time.

Compatibility:

Preceding matching: Can be used directly; AMMT-016 Polyurea special primer for concrete, AMMT-017 Polyurea special primer for steel structure.

Packing specification:

Component A: 200L/barrel.        Component B: 200L/barrel.

Storage:

This product should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated indoor warehouse, Should avoid the fire and heat source, The packaging container remains sealed. Storage period is one year.

Safety:

Paint ingredients and construction site is strictly prohibited all fire sources, and maintain good ventilation. Painting workers must wear protective equipment and avoid contact of skin. If spray on the skin, wash immediately with a suitable cleaning agent or soapy water and immediately seek medical attention.
