AMMT-Ecoat Super anti-corrosive coating

AMMT-Ecoat is a tough, single-component polypolyester hybrid coating, resistant to chemical solvents and acids and alkalis, after curing, easy to coat to form a protective film with excellent adhesion and elasticity, with wear resistance and impact resistance. Can be used as primer or as a disposable coating system. It has outstanding, its own heavy metal properties free of lead and chromium, while also coating the original old primer containing lead and other toxic substances including asbestos.

Construction instructions:


First of all, the construction preparation, including Angle grinder, brush and rolling brush; Then the Angle grinder is used to remove impurities, rust and oil from the surface of the steel structure. Large surface construction after rust removal, roller coating is recommended; The last corner construction, recommended brushing; Construction completed, check.

If there is no unstable rust layer on the surface of the application part, it can also be polished without the Angle grinder, and the steel wire can be polished directly, which can be brushed and easily coated for protection.


Storage:


This  product  should  be  stored  in  a  cool,  dry  and  ventilated  indoor  warehouse,  storage temperature of 5℃-30℃, and away from heat and fire sources, packaging containers should be kept sealed. The shelf life is 6 months from the date of production. Beyond the storage period can be tested according to the items specified in this product standard, if it meets the technical requirements can still be used.


Safety:


No fire source is allowed on the coating material mixing and construction sites where the ventilation  shall  be  satisfactory.  The  coating  material  construction  personnel  must  wear protective devices to avoid skin exposure. When the coating material is splashed on skin, wash  with  proper  cleaning  agent  or  water-soap  solution  immediately  and  seek  medical advice.
