AMMT-017 Polyurea special primer for structure steel is a thin polyurea primer composed of modified isocyanate prepolymer, curing agent, solvent and environmental protection. Quick drying allows the polyurea material to achieve excellent adhesion on the metal matrix .

Application range :

The main material is polyurea as the primer , which has good adhesion to the metal matrix . At the same time can be used as a polyurea sealing primer for concrete.

Drying process : wet film thickness 90 microns, relative humidity: 50%

Construction condition:

Coating substrate temperature: Substrate temperature 5℃-45℃

When relative humidity is lower than 90%, and the surface temperature of the substrate is 3 degree higher than the dew point temperature , the temperature and humidity should be measured near the substrate.

Rain, snow, fog, windy weather can not open the picture .

Construction method: Using single spraying equipment or brush coating

Spraying pressure and nozzle size may be adjusted according to appropriate requirements of painting performance.
